You and only you

This guy right here is probably the only person Scout actually gives a damn about. When they were very little he was a victim of one of her and her brother’s countless pranks which he found rather amusing. He started out as just a friend of her brother’s but throughout the years he became very close with Scout as well. When she started to focus on her training, he was one of the only ones who actually stayed by her side no matter how cold and arrogant she had become, he even stepped in and became her training partner. After Axel’s death, he was there to comfort her and tried to slow her down when she kicked up her training. He worries about her and knows she is keeping all her emotions pent up inside her. Why else would she not even cry at her own brother’s death? When Scout volunteered as tribute, he had no idea she was going to and was completely shocked at her sudden choice.

I've used Lucas Till as the playby because I thought he fit well, but feel free to pick a different playby if you choose to take him! (:
