Felix knew that the Capitol had been very vicious to the Districts. However he didn't know that they would go this far. This year there would be two separate Hunger Games. That means double the amount of innocent children dying, and only two of them will live? What kind of world to they live in? The Capitol simply has no idea what the Districts have been going through the past years, and they never will because they never have their children play in the Games. They pamper them and call them better and it's not fair at all. Felix believes that no one should have to kill another human being as a punishment for what someone did years before they were even born. The Capitol just doesn't see that. At all. If Felix however was to be reaped, he would try his hardest ot win the Games for his dying mother.
