THE BLOODBATH

Before your Tribute fights, claims an item, or anything, they must make an entrance post. They describe the Arena, what they're thinking, etc. They can run off of their pedestal but cannot fight, etc. Anyone can attack you, remember that. As long as they're by you of course, someone on north can't attack someone on south, until they say that they've traveled there first, which can't be in their first entrance post.

This year's Bloodbath takes place in the center of District 13, the Town Square. The Gamemakers have made District 13 picturesque, no flaws, even the dirt is considered clean. But when the Games start, there is no doubt that it will not look the same. Take it all in now Tributes. Happy Hunger Games, and May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favour.

Before you freak out, remember that people can still sponsor you and send you items. You can also send yourself an item from an anonymous Capitolite once every 2 Game Days. (As long as you buy it.)


When Claiming an Item, please note that if someone else tries to claim it, because they can, either one of you can decide not to, or fight for it. Items that are claimed will be crossed off the list as it happens.
If you flee, note that if someone attacks you, your attempt was not successful. You must try again, and hope that they stop, or just fight them. You must wait until a staff member says that your attemtp was succesful before creating a new thread outside of the Cornucopia.
After you leave the Cornucopia, you may create a new thread in any section of the Arena. However, anyone that decides to go on that side can enter your thread. Also, if you and other people are on the same side of the Arena and haven't met yet, you will bump into each other at some point. The Gamemakers will most likely draw you together for a fight or something anyways if you don't meet on purpose, so if you don't want that to happen, just meet and become friends or fight or whatever, before the Gamemakers have to intervene.
Below is the list of items. The number in brackets is the number of that item there is in the cornucopia, therefore you and someone else don't have to fight over it. However, if you claim one first, call it A. Then the next person call it B, and so on. This way we won't get confused and think we have to make you fight over the same item. If an Item has a * by it, it comes in a case of some sort that usually goes on the back or the waist, etc. When claiming an item, be sure to use the number of the item in the code. So if I'm first to go after the Bow & Arrows, I'll post ".. IS CLAIMING ITEM #1A." In each post you can only claim one item, after the item becomes yours (or someone elses) you may try to claim another, but remember that you are carrying the item that you have claimed, and can use it to defend yourself. The Letters stand for how many items are in each part of the Cornucopia from where the Tributes are. The Tributes are in this order from the center North of the Arena, all the way back around, so the first person and last person are standing next to each other. Clockwise:

Once a Tribute exits, their name will be put in green. If a Tribute dies, their name will have turned red, and they will get a strike through it as well.
If you are going for an item on a side of the Arena you are not on, you cannot reach that item in your first post. You can say you're running to the other side, and then in your second post, actually claim the item.
There is no posting order. However, you must wait 3 posts or 24 hours before posting again. Meaning there should be at least 3 posts inbetween yours. If you are playing more than one Tribute, these count separately, so they can post after one another. But the first poster will only need to wait 2 more posts, while the second will need to still wait 3.
If the location of the item is not specified, (1N, 1S, etc.), anyone can have it from any section of the BB, but if someone wants to fight you for it, they can.

A pounding in his chest was speeding up slowly as he waited few minutes after being dressed by the stylist. He tried remembering what Fabian had mentioned and thinking of the hints given. The water would be something to worry about...along with a whole list of threats other tributes or the Gamemaker could throw. When he entered the tube that would take him and show him what arena type it would be. His breathing was much calmer when he looked around on the pedestal. The boy's brown eyes was greeted by what seemed to be a town perhaps. The sign on the justice building his question as he realized the arena was district thirteen. Great, not only did they have to fight for peoples before them's battle...they were in a place destroyed by it. Zander then let his eyes glance and realize just how many tribute there was. He didn't know how he was suppose to win.. but he would try his best and wouldn't go down without a fight. Getting into a running position like he would do when he raced his sister. The distance from him and the supplies that would help him seemed like a walk in the park. He had ran every day and stayed fit...he was ready as he could be for a district eight. When he heard the gong go off he stepped off his pedestal running towards the golden cornucopia hoping to get there first.

Trulee's nerves were racking as she was dressed by her stylist. He had mad magic with her outfit in the interview but what he did now was simply help her into the arena cloths and put her curly black hair into a pony tail that swished every time she turned. Walking back and forth to keep herself calm a he thought of her strategy. Eliminate as many Careers a she could and not get killed at the same time. It seemed unlikely to the girl that she would win. The games were more a test of strength rather then intelligence. Maybe if she was clever enough she could out wit all of them....her other option was coming home in a body bag. When she had entered the tube she felt slightly tightly faced until it rose her onto her pedestal to let her eyes see that the arena was thirteen. Trulee was busy scanning the surrounding for good place's to go and who she should get rid of first. It all depended on if she could make it to the golden cornucopia and get weapon without being killed. As she heard the gong she stepped off her pedestal running towards cornucopia.

DON'T BE AFRAID,

Boyce looked at the beautiful District 13, and thought why would they bring something like this back? Eleven was already in riots, this would make it worse than it already was. Boyce ran after the people in front of him after the gong sounded. Hopefully his family was watching him. He promised them he would bring Eleven it's first Victory, and he planned on doing just that. He looked for Trulee as he made it was towards the Cornucopia. He saw a Career fall, and was in shock. When he saw a Ten killed her, he felt like he finally had a chance against all of the Careers. He hoped to fight one to show his strength. He looked around for people he could ally with. The Ten may have been too crazy and bold though.

Seeing the dagger set as he ran to the golden cornucopia. He managed to grab and pick up the dagger set to run towards something that he thought was very important to helping him. His brown eyes were aimed for the first aid kit to the left of him as he turned left and aimed for it hoping to just grab it and go.

Trulee kept her breathing as normal as she could sense she wasn't used to running. Her eyes were aimed for the poison dart blower that she had seen when she wa on her pedestal. The girl with the curly black hair was surprised to see a career fall. Trulee was even more surprised seeing the killer was from ten. It made sense that a district ten may have the strength to kill a career because livestock couldn't be easy to handle without a little muscle. The girls focus then went back to the poison dart blower as she kept running hoping to escape this bloodbath.
