RIVER A. DELMAR

River is a young woman from the Capitol. Being that this is one of the most luxurious places in Panem, she does not hold any visible flaws on her skin other than a couple scattered freckles on her face, legs, arms, and shoulders. She has a fairly lean stature at above average height for a woman. Most of the muscle on her body resides in her upper body and forearms from weaponry training with swords and knives as a child. She has long, wavy, blonde hair with distinguishably brown roots that falls down past her shoulders and to her breasts. She has lilac hued irises with darker flecks of navy around the pupils and coral colored lips finish out the pursona of her face.

River's pursona ranges from reckless to indifferent. For the most part, her only goal is to impress. From fashion to fighting, she does it to provoke a reaction. She's very strong willed, and quick to assume that her way is either the best or only way. She can be argumentative and stubborn, specifically when she doesn't get her way. She tries her best to be charming, mostly taking a more flirtacious or seductive approach. When others aren't around, River is suttle and laid back.

River is known widely for her skill in the battle field and her ferocity towards others. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and is so determined it can be considered a flaw. Naturally she is fiery and wild, the lost of her parents leaving her without any emotion towards others. However she is known to be gentle and soft hearted towards those few who she has begun to care for, though the list is short and her kind spirit moments are rare.
