Each day in the Arena, a Tribute must eat in order to survive. If a Tribute does not eat for a day, they will be penalized HP the next day for that, until they are eventually dead. Food cannot be found in this particular Arena, only water which could or could not be clean, just take your chances and see what happens.

The only way to get solid food in this Arena is from the Feast (day not specified), and Sponsors. Remember you can only send yourself an item every other day in the Arena. Otherwise, depend on your sponsors (members of R&B) to support your Tribute.

To eat, use the code & color/underline/bold the sentence(s) of what you're eating.

Be sure to add a key at the bottom of your post so we know what you're eating. Also, PM or tag the current staffer on duty so they know, just as if you had a fight. After you do this they will come back in a reply in your thread and say that you have eaten, drank, and if the water was clean, HP gain/loss, etc.
