| TRIBUTE PARADE
The Tribute Parade is the opening event of the official Pre-Games. Stylists for each District design a costume for their Tributes, and that's what they wear during the parade. They ride in chariots down the main street of the City Circle, and form a semi circle in front of the tower where the President welcomes them to the Capitol.
You are allowed to create your outfit on Polyvore or use links to images, or just describe it. The members of the site will vote on who has the best outfit for the categories of Polyvore/Links, and Descriptions. The winning District Tributes will receive get an undetermined gift on the first day of the Games. Reply below with your outfit!
