Miranda adjusted her dress as she waited for the interviews to start. It was her job to make sure every tribute would shine and she would be doing just that tonight. The interviews started with district one and ended with the male tribute of twelve. She took a deep breath before taking the small microphone that would be pinned onto her dress while the Avox slowly adjusted it. She smiled towards her as her intro began to play and she stepped out onto the shining stage. The booming music played as she sat down on the plush purple chair.

She had already gone through many tributes and yes, she had been tired but she couldn't just act differently towards one tribute. The next tribute she saw she hadn't met but heard quite a few stories from the trainers who watched the tributes and helped them achieve their goals. Miranda shook the last tribute's hand and gave them a light hug before wishing them luck as they were escorted off the stage. She stood up as the male from District Eight came towards her.

"Oh honey don't you look handsome tonight! How are you baby?" she asked and gave him and gentle hug from the side before making sure he sat down.

Zander was getting a knot in his stomach. It wasn't from the thought of having to speak but what his answers would be. He knew what he would say for obvious questions like what your family like. O well their great people...probably worried about me. The district eight male tribute wished he had been allowed to write a letter home on the train. A letter describing everything he had meant or been too so far. But he hadn't been allowed . They would just have to wait till he got back home to tell them.

It took him a moment before realized that it was his turn for a interview. Walking out was easy but seeing the capitol people and their odd fashion sense was strange. There way of dressing was way out of what his family could buy. He would never complain about it as he was raised to be grateful. A smile was on his face as he waved at the people.  Giving a hug to the interviewer named Miranda. He could only hope that Fabian was right that she was nice." I'm doing great Miranda, Happy to be here." Taking a seat on the chair provided awaiting the questions and interview.

Her smile grew when she saw that he was one of the few tributes that actually liked to smile and was friendly. There had only been a handful of people this games that actually respected her and liked her but from the past there were many that often liked her but that hadn't been a Quarter Quell. Maybe that's what so many of these tributes had such a grumpy attitude but not this one.

When the tribute sat down she waited till the audience grew quiet as the Capitol did have a rowdy group of people. Once everyone grew quiet she finally let out the first question that would begin his interview.

"So, as I like to do with all tributes is that I like talking about how the reaping went. Year after year we see many tributes but we like the focus on our tributes this year because of how special it is. My question is...what was your reaction when they announced the Quarter Quell then you had been reaped?" she said before crossing her legs ready to listen to what he had to say.

All their weird clothing on the capitol people. He couldn't believe that his district was textiles for them. Zander wouldn't have never seen such weird fashion back home. All the store back home sold was used cloths with the very rare selling of new cloths that were priced high in there little thrift shop. Not that he would ever wear the new. He and his sister always shared the same cloths that didn't fit them both properly.

Once the capitol audience had stopped being rowdy from his appearance. Nodding his head attentively listening to her ask the question. The tribute thought about how he felt when he thought his sister had been reaped and when they announced the Quarter Quell. Thinking of how he thought the games were already unlikely for the lower or middle districts in the first place. The specialness was not needed nor wanted by those who knew they would lose two tributes again. Not district eight though. He was going to make sure of that." Well Miranda I honestly thought it was my twin sister who got reaped during the reaping. I didn't know it had been myself until i saw people looking at me and the escort calling for me." He smiled as he thought of his words carefully for his opinion on the Quells announce. " One word for the Quell reaction and it is wow."

She nodded as the tribute spoke in front of her. She was surprised that he came up with a response so quickly since many tributes are being on camera for the first time they tend to "freeze", but not this one. Especially those from Eight since they are so busy working in the factories they haven't seen lights and with this one beaming on them she would know that they would be surprised.

"Oh, really?" she asked "Well we all know if you win this your twin sister will have less of a chance for being picked for the Games. Speaking of which...what would you do if you won this Quarter Quell?" she asked trying to make everything go smoothly.
