| So recently we had two new Victors register and I was like  District One. But whatever, make sure to pleease make middle District Residents, 4-9, and lower 10-12.. Because we want to see more colorrsss! Also, dont forget about D11's event! CLICKAnyways. Everyone's like "WE WANT THE SKIN" and "WHY AREN'T THE THREADS BEING UPDATED!! HUZZAAH!" Well Basically, because of the new skin, I'm making new codes and lists. And to Celebrate our first HUNGER GAMES coming within a few dayss (eeep!)
